1 (11¼ ounces) package ready-rolled puff pastry
1 (6 ounces) can tuna packed in spring water (drained and fork flaked)
1 (11 ounces) can sweetcorn (drained)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp crème fraiche
1¾ ounces Cheddar cheese (grated)
2-3 chives (snipped into ½ "lengths)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the main oven to 420 degrees F.
Lay the puff pastry out onto a baking sheet.
Using your fingers, pinch the pastry edges to create a border, pressing firmly into all the corners.
Using a fork, prick the middle of the pastry all over and transfer to the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, in a bowl, combine the tuna with the sweetcorn.
Season the mixture to taste with salt and black pepper.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, pressing the pastry down in the middle using the back of a fork.
Spoon on, and spread the crème fraiche evenly across the center.
Spoon the tuna mixture on top and garnish with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven until puffed up and golden, for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with chives and cut into 4 slices.
