Roasted Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Sauce: Date Added: 8 mrt 2021 Ingredients:

1 medium-size spaghetti squash
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup ready-made, jarred tomato pasta sauce
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated, to garnish)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F.
Using a sharp-tipped knife, prick the spaghetti squash all over its surface.
Transfer the squash on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake the squash in the preheated oven, for approximately 30 minutes, until fork-tender.
You will need to flip the squash over halfway through the baking time.
Remove the squash from the oven and allow to cool until it is easy to handle.
Cut the now cooled squash in half, remove the seeds and shred to fine spaghetti-like strands.
Then, add to a bowl.
Season the squash to taste and add the tomato sauce.
Mix the squash 'spaghetti' with the squash and tomato sauce till well coated.

Garnish with grated Parmesan and enjoy.
