Makes 8 Servings
Cooking + Prep Time: 35 minutes
2/3 cup of milk, whole
1 egg, large
6 oz. of shredded cheese
1 & 3/4 cups of tapioca starch
3 tbsp. of melted butter, unsalted
1 cup of flour, self-rising
Preheat the oven to 350F. Oil a cookie sheet. Then, set it aside.
Stir milk, egg, butter and cheese together in large-sized bowl.
Sprinkle flour and tapioca starch in. Stir, forming a dough.
Knead the dough for a couple minutes on floured work surface.
Roll dough into pieces about the size of golf balls.
Place on cookie sheet prepared above.
Bake in 350F oven for 10-15 minutes, till golden brown.
Serve.
