Makes 4 Servings
Cooking + Prep Time: 20 minutes

4 cups of milk, whole
1/4 cup of sugar, granulated
1 tsp. of vanilla, pure
1 x 4-oz. bar of chocolate, dark, high quality – break into 1-oz. pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Pour milk into pan. Stir in vanilla and sugar.
Slowly heat milk on low heat till almost boiling, but don’t allow it to boil.
Remove from heat. Pour into mugs.

Serve one piece of chocolate with each mug.
