Cooking + Prep Time: 45 minutes

4 chorizo sausages, fresh
4 x 6” lengthways-split hero rolls
Chimichurri, prepared

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat grill pan on med-high. Add chorizo.
Allow it to cook while occasionally turning for 30 to 35 minutes, till sides have been seared deeply and center has fully cooked.

Place a cooked chorizo in each hero roll.
Generously dress one side of hero and chorizo with the chimichurri sauce.

Serve promptly.
