1 cup of water, filtered
1 & 1/2 tbsp. of vinegar, white wine
3 tbsp. of oil, olive
1/8 tsp. of pepper, cayenne
3/4 tsp. of oregano, dried
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp. of onion, chopped
3 tbsp. of parsley, fresh
1 & 1/2 tsp. of salt, kosher
1 tbsp. of sugar, white
3 tbsp. of bran, wheat
3 cups of flour, bread
2 tsp. of dry yeast, active

Cooking Instructions:

Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order that the manufacturer
recommends. Select White or Basic cycle.
Press to Start. Allow to set for several minutes when done, before serving
