1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons hummus
1 wholemeal pitta bread
1 cup spinach, watercress, and rocket salad mix

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the bread into 4 pockets.
Toast till the bread opens up.
Then, cream the inside of each bread with hummus.
Stuff with the salad mix.
Add a drizzle of olive oil.
