Cooking time - 2 hours and 30 minutes

4 teaspoons canola oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili flakes
4 cups cubed chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 tortilla wraps
3 tablespoons guacamole
2 tablespoons cilantro

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium-size bowl, add in the chicken pieces, with some oil and seasoning.
Marinate the chicken nicely. Leave the chicken for 1 to 2 hours.
In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the green onions and red onions for a few minutes.
Add in the marinated chicken pieces.
Then, cook till the chicken is no longer pink.
Add in the garlic powder, chili flakes, paprika, cumin, and oregano and mix well.
Place the tortilla wraps over an open flame and cook it for 1 minute from both sides.
Place the warmed wrap over your work station, spread 1 tablespoon of guacamole,
add in the chicken filling, place on red and green bell peppers, and sprinkle it with cilantro.

Fold the wrap and serve it with your favorite sauce on the side.
