4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 egg
⅕ cup whole milk
3 tbsp mild-tasting oil
2-3 drops vanilla extract
2 tbsp raisins or chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Add the flour, followed by the sugar and cocoa powder, to a large microwave-safe mug and combine.
Crack the egg into the mug and mix well.
Add the milk, oil, and a couple of drops of vanilla, to taste, and mix until silky smooth.
Finally, add the raisins or chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
Place the mug in the middle of the microwave and on high, cook for 1½ -2 minutes, or until touch-firm and no longer rising.

Remove from the microwave and enjoy.
