Butter (to grease)
½ cup plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
4 eggs
4½ ounces butter
2 cups whole milk

Cooking Instructions:

Lightly grease a 9" straight-sided pie dish.
Preheat the main oven to 325 degrees F.
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
Stir in the caster sugar, coconut, eggs, butter, and milk.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pie dish, and bake for 40-45 minutes,
until browned lightly and set.
Serve the pie either warm or cold.
