Cooking + Prep Time: 40 minutes
1 & 1/2 – 2 lb. of ribs
1-2 tbsp. of kosher salt
Chimichurri sauce, for serving
Place ribs on plate. Generously sprinkle each side with salt.
Allow the ribs to sit out as you heat grill up to med-high.
Grill the ribs for four to six minutes per side, to desired level of doneness.
Slice into one rib and test for doneness.
Serve from grill.
Have a bowl of chimichurri sauce handy.
