18 ounces frozen straight French fries
6 bun-size beef franks
1½ cups ready-made instant brown gravy
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to season)
2-3 cups white cheese curds
6 hot dog buns (split)
Preheat your main oven to 425 degrees F, or as specified,
cook the Frenchfries according to the package instructions and until golden and crisp.
This stage will take around 25-30 minutes.
Heat the franks according to the package directions.
Prepare the gravy according to the package directions.
Place a hot dog on the bottom half of each split buns and then top with the remaining bun half.
Add the golden French fries to a bowl. Season the fries with salt and black pepper.
Add a ladle of the hot gravy to the bowl and toss the fries with the gravy using kitchen tongs.
Add the cheese curds and toss with the fries.
Serve the mixture over the hot dogs in the buns, and enjoy.
