Cooking time - 2 hours
Serving size - 4 to 6

Wings
3 cups chicken wings
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Sauce
3 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup spicy red sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Then, in a bowl, add the dried wings,
with some salt and baking powder and mix well.
Make sure the wings are evenly coated.
Bake these for 1 hour or so to get the crispy texture.
In a bowl, combine the spicy sauce, salt, sugar, and butter and whisk well.
Add in the baked wings and coat well.

Serve it hot with some carrots sticks or celery sticks on the side.
