4 eggs (room temperature)
8½ ounces chocolate and hazelnut spread
Preheat the main oven to 355 degrees F.
Line an 8" circular springform pan with baking paper and put it to one side.
Add the eggs to a bowl and on a high-speed beat for 5-7 minutes, or until the mixture triples in volume.
Spoon the chocolate and hazelnut spread into a glass bowl and in the microwave, cook until soft, for 15-20 seconds.
In three additions, spoon the egg mixture into the chocolate and hazelnut mixture until combined fully. Stir thoroughly between additions.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until springy to the touch.
Remove from the oven; allow to cool entirely before removing from the pan.
Slice, serve, and enjoy.
